Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic. By registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Dursley is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Dursley, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to decline any application if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal liability.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a thorough clinical assessment by our qualified prescribing pharmacist. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and are valid only for the individual named. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescribed medication. Our team may request additional information or supporting documentation before approving your prescription.
We follow all current MHRA, GPhC, and NICE guidelines in our prescribing decisions. Our pharmacists are entitled to decline or withdraw treatment at any time if they have clinical concerns regarding your health or safety.
Full payment is required at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. Charges will only be taken once your order is submitted; however, a prescription is not guaranteed at this stage.
If your prescription is declined following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
You must ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signed-for deliveries. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription items, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and the Medicines Act 1968.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any weight loss treatment you receive through us. You must disclose all current medications and medical conditions during your consultation.
If you experience adverse effects or a medical emergency, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical attention by calling 999 or visiting your nearest A&E department.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our pharmacy services. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
